Aquatic Photos

2016 – Present.

My true passion. Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve always had a fascination with rivers, lakes, and the sea. Whenever I would go home to visit the Philippines with my mother, I would beg to go helmet diving because it was an affordable way to enter into that world. I remember the first time I held a live sea star with my hands, or the way the fish would swarm around me when the scuba divers would throw fish food around us. That nostalgic feeling is the feeling I chase whenever I take photos of fish. One of my goals with my photography is to eventually buy an underwater housing for my camera and learn to scuba dive properly. I want to take my aquatic photography out of the tank, and into the depths.
